Odell Beckham Throwing A Football 70 Yards In The Air Is The Last Thing Giants Fans Need To See Right Now
Son of a bitch, man. Now that the NBA season is over, the NBA offseason where the Knicks didn’t sign any superstars in complete, 4th of July has past, and the Mets saeson has been cuncelled, this is the time of the year where everyone gets hyped for football. Fantasy previews are hitting the shelves, training camps are about to get underway, and if you are quiet you can hear the Hard Knocks theme song approaching.
But instead of getting excited for the upcoming season where every team is 0-0 again, Giants fans have to deal with Odell Beckham putting up a video straight out of those old classic Fantasy Files commercials.
I’ve already come to grips with the very good chance that Odell is going to go 2007 Randy Moss on the league now that he’s gone from the rickety Giants offense run by Eli Manning to the Browns offense that is going to wake up feeling dangerous 16 times a season with Baker Mayfield. In fact, I have set the Over/Under for the Red Zone Channel flashing that there is an update coming from the Week 1 Titans-Browns game at 1:16 PM, which will end up being Odell catching a slant from Mayfield and taking it 70 yards to the house.
However I have not come to grips with having to watch Odell uncorking bombs like Josh Allen (The Tall One) while the Giants QBs are under a goddamn barrage of jokes by the other 31 fanbases. We already had all the hyenas around the league making their Odell is the best QB in New York jokes last season along with statistical evidence that it may actually be true.

And now we can reheat all the Odell throwing jokes on top of Eli being a punchline since the first time people saw his Manning Face and Daniel Jones proving that not only does he look like Eli, but he gets disrespected like Eli.
I already can’t wait for football season to be over*.
*Sorry I didn’t mean that. I just really, really need Daniel Jones to be good or awful ASAP so the Giants know if they have their answer at quarterback. Until then, I need Odell to stop throwing bombs or throw one Weird Haircut Seth duck
