6 Arrested In Plot To "Violently" Attack French President Emmanuel Macron (who you'll remember from getting handshake dominated by Trump)

Sounds like authorities arrested a bunch of people and thwarted a plot to attack French president Emmanuel Macron. I would like to state for the record it’s bad this plot existed but good it was thwarted. Way to go France, impressive stuff. Especially for you guys.

Now the real reason I came here is because I can’t see Emmanuel Macron’s name and not think about the time Trump handshake humiliated both he and his wife in Paris in front of the entire country.

Every time the French turn on the TV, their leader’s getting pwned by Donald Trump. No wonder they’re upset.

Yes it’s part of French heritage and tradition to get emasculated and surrender before the other side starts their engines but it’s 2018. Things are a changin’. Handshakes matter. You can only get publicly humiliated so many times before people demand change. Perhaps this will serve as a blessing in disguise and a wake up call for the French president. Show some strength buddy.
