The Teaser For The HBO Series About The McDonald's Monopoly Fraud Scandal Is Out And I Cannot Wait To Watch It

I imagine the majority of the readers of this blog know about this McDonald's Monopoly scandal because they are red-blooded Americans that love a good meal, game, and get rich quick scheme. But if you don't, check out Coley's Must Read conspiracy blog on the matter. Go ahead, we'll wait.

I've been obsessed with this McDonald's Monopoly story since it came out I am obsessed with all the parties involved. No, not the people involved in the actual story who seem like a lovely bunch.

Instead, this is one of the stories where all the pieces are the heaviest of hitters. McDonald's has maybe the best fries and Coca Cola in the fast food game. Monopoly is pretty much the face of board games even though I don't know anybody who has actually finished it. Combining those two legendary franchises would cause me to go to McDonald's to play Monopoly even if I didn't want to go to McDonald's. Okay, I have never not wanted to go to McDonald's. But I would still play McDonald's Monopoly even if I knew it was rigged because that's how much I love those two American dynasties teaming up. Then when you add HBO to the mix, you have the recipe for something special. If this documentary was on a different channel or some YouTube video, I wouldn't give a fuck about it. But if you put that series on HBO that has pretty much 3/4 of my Mount Rushmore for favorite series, I immediately think it's going to be good. Just seeing this intro puts butterflies in my stomach while the sound of static and an "Ahhhhh" from the heavens rings in my ears.

You know why? Because HBO pumps out nothing but the hits, nothing but the hits, nothing but the motherfucking hits. If you put that type of content powerhouse with a fast food powerhouse, a board game powerhouse, and some good old fashioned fraud crime, and you have yourself an American masterpiece in the making. Cannot wait.
