The #ZillionChallenge - 15k Donation to the Pete Frates Family Foundation if #ZillionBeers Merch Hits $1Mil

The Frates family are genuinely some of the kindest, bravest, most fucking awesome people I’ve ever had the privilege of meeting. They were dealt a really tough hand with Pete being diagnosed with ALS, but they did way more and continue to do way way way more than anyone could ever imagine to defeat that piece of trash disease. My grandmother passed from ALS, so I am definitely familiar with  seeing how much of a dickhead this disease truly is. I have seen so much progress being made towards research and a cure, all being led by the Frates family. So I knew I had to use this platform and opportunity to try and make a difference in any way possible. If we hit the million dollar mark, I will donate 15k of the 100k that I am rewarded towards the Pete Frates Family Foundation. And if we don’t hit a mill, I’ll find some fucking way to get em 15k.

The ice bucket challenge took the world by storm a few years ago, with Team Frate Train leading the charge. Now I want to bring it back to help raise awareness. At this point it is more than a movement of my dumb ass drinking beers on camera. I wanna make an actual difference. Pete’s brother, Andrew, a huge stoolie who has been involved with Barstool on so many occasions, is running the Boston Marathon in remembrance of Pete with all donations going to the Pete Frates Family Foundation, with proceeds going towards caring for ALS patients and their caretaking bills. I love you stoolies. I’ve been following this site for so long and it’s surreal to be able to have the chance to make any difference in the world due to the platform that Dave has built.
