Mintzy Experiment: Phase 1 Ignition
The first thing we have to do to get Mintz into a metabolic and anabolic state is to activate his endocronological system in order to create the optimal environment for muscle gain and fat loss.
He will be put on the daily regimen of these supplements.
Beta Alanine: 500mg
D-aspartic Acid: 600mg
Creatine: 10g (loading phases are b.s)
Ashgwagandha Extract: 450mg
Tribulus terrestris: 600mg
Fish Oil Softgel:1200mg
Arginine: 2500 milligrams
Theanine: 500mg
The purpose of these supplements will be to maximize Ben's Nitro Oxide levels in his blood and facilitate blood flow to muscle tissue. Some of the other supplements are basic Testosterone boosters and muscle recovery agents.
If there are any other supplements you would recommend I give Ben let me know. Totally open to criteria and criticism. This exercise is just to find true methods of getting shredded without people trying to sell you stuff.
