So as the first round of the 2025 NFL Draft was winding down, Howie Roseman decided to fire up the phone and make a trade to move up 1 spot to grab Alabama LB Jihaad Campbell. Just a kid from Gloucester Township, NJ who can't wait to come home after somehow falling right into the Eagles' lap.
They tried to trade up for him multiple times, and somehow was still able to land him with the 31st pick in the draft. We're talking about a guy here who could have had his name called by 9pm last night and nobody would have thought anything of it.

The rest of the league should have known that when there was an absolute wrecking ball from either Alabama or Georgia left on the board, that Howie Roseman would be doing everything in his power to go out and get him.
A few short years ago there's not even a possibility where Howie Roseman trades up in the draft to take a linebacker. Now this sick bastard has such an eye for talent at the position that he turned a special teamer into an All-Pro, and may have just picked up the biggest steal in the draft.
