Dual Threat Athlete: Jaxson Dart Is The QB Of The Future For The Giants, Also Crushes His Driver On The Range (Two-Time Record Holder)

We all saw the Giants pull an A+ move. Get Abdul Carter at 3, trade back up and draft a quarterback. They happened to take Jaxson Dart. Fine by me. Even more fine by me considering how the Giants are talking about Jaxson Dart:

No need to rush him in to a starting spot. You can redshirt a guy, let him learn and figure out the NFL with Russ and Jameis doing whatever they plan on doing. Oh, but there's also the dual threat side. I'm not talking about the fact Jaxson Dart can run, and probably not fall over himself in the wide open field against the Eagles. I'm talking about the fact he's a record holder.

It's golf season, we're focusing on all the positive stuff from day 1 with the Giants. I'm hopeful, which is the nicest thing I can say about the Giants over the last like 5 years. I'm hopeful that Carter is the best player in the draft and Dart is a legit starter at some point. Considering the level of apathy was high with this franchise, being somewhat hopeful feels nice.

All I know is we have a quarterback who can run, throw and crush his driver. A modern day Boobie Miles (without the ACL injury, hopefully).

It's clear the Giants had a plan the entire time heading into the Draft. Take Abdul Carter at 3, trade back up at some point to get their quarterback. They accomplished it. That's the biggest win we've had since 2012. We have no choice but to believe this was correct.
