'Welcome To The Club, Kid' - Tiger's Text To Rory After Winning The Masters And Career Grand Slam Is Simply As Cool As It Gets

There are few things that are just cool, this is one of them. You're talking about the greatest golfer of our lifetime, arguably ever, sending a simple text to Rory after winning The Masters. But it's more than that. It's straight to the point, it's knowing the club is only 6 people total and like Rory says only 4 are still alive. It's as exclusive of a club as you can get into in the golf world. And you know what? Yeah, I fucking love Tiger Woods. He could have said almost anything here and I'd say it was cool, but acknowledging it as the club and throwing in the kid is only something Tiger can get away with. 

Might have to start doing this after member-member tournaments on my course. That's right, I'm a member-member champ. Have the name on the trophy hanging up in the locker room and everything. One of my friends somehow wins, I'll just go the golf route and send a text, wait for them to invite me to an exclusive dinner. It's really the only move from here on out considering all I've ever wanted to do is hit one single shot like Tiger. 

I think if I were to win a career grand slam I'd come up with a new jacket. We got the green from The Masters and the plaid at RBC Heritage, come up with something for the career grand slam. One that I can wear every single day because I would do just that. I'd wear it to dinners, weddings, around the house. Give me something that let's everyone else know I won the career grand slam, which shows how damn hard it is to do. Either way, shout out Tiger. Guy is still as cool as it gets.
