Yup. That seems about right. Wouldn’t have necessarily minded just calling that one a courtesy goal. Alex Stalock was in net here for Team BIC and he plays for the Wild. So I guess he didn’t want to get embarrassed in front of the home crowd by letting that one in. But still. Haven’t seen moves that smooth since Cowboy Dwayne.
In case you forgot, Da Beauty League is one of the premier beer leagues in the entire world. Based out of Minnesota, it’s stacked with guys like Dustin Byfuglien, James van Riemsdyk, Jake Guentzel and a shit ton of other NHL talents on every roster. So just picture your beer league and up the talent level by about 7592%.
So here we have Chris Casto putting on a little sauce show for all the boys and girls back home. Kid is about as American as it gets. He’s gone from high school to the USHL to the NCAA to the AHL. And if he keeps this shit up, then he’ll find himself cracking that Vegas lineup at some point this season. They’re low on right-handed defensemen anyway. Speaking of RHD’s, Big Daddy Buff was letting them fly last night.
