If Anyone Knows How Troy The Viking Fan Is Doing Today, I'd Love To Hear From Him

This weird thing happens when you blog for a living. You become attached to the characters that briefly come into your life. When something happens in a Lions game I immediately wonder how Detroit Don and Superfan are doing. When the Browns go 0-16 I wonder if “I’m sick and tired of losing” guy is still or if losing literally killed him. When the 49ers do something great I wonder if my dad Bobby Lange is smiling. Keyboard Tommy is probably in fucking high school at this point. So last night, after the dust settled and we all caught our breath from the Miracle in Minnesota I sat back and said to myself, I hope Troy is happy. I hope he has found some momentary peace.
