Doltgate
NFL fans, specifically Colts and Patriots fans remember deflategate. Since then, the Colts have missed the playoffs. I thought it was all because of Ryan Grigson, but it appears I truly am a special case.
I was released from my ball boy duties with the Colts a couple days after the New York Jets game. I wrote a blog calling the Colts “Dolts”. It was a joke that didn’t play out. Being in a bigger platform, I now understand that great power comes great responsibility. BUT since being released, we are now on a 3 (4 with the bye week) game winning streak. Sure we got new coaches and Luck back, but do the math and it all comes back to me.
To the Indianapolis Colts, thank you for allowing a squid from Indy to live out a dream for 3 and half seasons. Thank you, and of course, you’re welcome. Go Colts.
